Senior Independence Hospice delivers care where the patient lives:

In his or her own home

In a retirement or assisted living apartment
In a nursing facility
In a hospice center

The Senior Independence Hospice Team specializes in geriatric care and provides the patient and their family with:

Pain management
Symptom control
Counseling
Education
Bereavement support
Spiritual Support

The Senior Independence hospice team is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
