Salary Benefits

Time Off Eligibility FT/PT Benefit
Holidays Upon Employment Full Time 9 paid holidays per year, including birthday
Personal Days One-year employment Full Time 2 personal days per year
Salary Continuation Upon employment Full Time Salary continuation up to 180 days of illness/injury prior to commencement of long-term disability
Vacation One year employment Full Time 2 weeks after first full year, 3 weeks after third year, 4 weeks after fifth year
Long-Term Upon employment Full Time Disability income of 60% pre-disability monthly salary if totally disabled -- company paid
Bereavement Upon employment Full Time Up to 3 days paid leave for Immediate family
Jury Duty Upon employment Full Time Paid leave for jury service
Family Care program to assist employee in caring for terminally/critically ill dependent(s) 5 years employment Full Time Paid leave
Medical Coverage Upon employment Full Time Employees are offered a choice of two plans, an HMO or a PPO. Dependent coverage available - premium shared with company
Dental Coverage Upon employment Full Time Plan provides coverage for dental expenses: dependent coverage available-premiums shared with company
Prescription Drug Program Upon employment Full Time Plan provides prescription drugs through network of pharmacies or mail order (generic only when available) Co-pay at time of purchase
Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Upon employment Full Time Coverage equal to one times your annual salary-company paid
Supplemental Life Insurance Upon employment Full Time Optional life insurance through payroll deduction for you and/or dependents at group rates-employee paid
Employee Assistance Program Upon employment Full Time Confidential counseling for personal & family problems Company paid
Tax Deferred Annuities (TDA) or 403(B) Upon employment Full Time Voluntary pre-tax savings plan for employees of non-profit organizations. Company match after one year of employment.
Retirement Plan 2 years employment 1,000 hours per year Full Time Company contributions are deposited into personal TDA in amounts based upon years of service and salary
